Rosine Wildman is an accomplished educator and social scientist with over a decade of experience in curriculum development, workforce training, and social empowerment. She holds a Master of Science in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Technology, Jamaica. As a Curriculum Writer and Part-Time Lecturer, Rosine has developed and delivered courses on topics such as diversity, labor market analysis, and career counseling. She integrates online platforms like Moodle to enhance teaching and learning and contributes actively to academic research and publishing. Beyond academia, Rosine has led several national social initiatives, including the National Youth Enrichment Programme, Empowerment Programme for youth with intellectual disabilities, and the National Youth Mentorship Programme, all focused on mentorship, skills training, and personal development. She also played a key role in reducing rural youth unemployment through the Rural Youth Economic Empowerment Programme. Earlier, she established the Placement and Career Development Department at St Anne's Career Development Programme, boosting job placement and counseling support. Currently, she leads La Femme Self Development Institute, empowering girls aged 12–15 through psycho-social development programs. Rosine is known for her leadership, innovation, and unwavering dedication to educational advancement and community transformation.
